The new BART sock project, cast on in the car on the way back from PB, is going well. The only problem is that the yarn, when pulled from the center of the ball, is coming out in clumps. Clumps that tangle.
Gr-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-!
So on Wednesday, I spent the ride to downtown, the walk from downtown, and the walk back to downtown patiently untangling and winding my own center-pull ball.
Now it's all better. I'm almost finished with the short-row heel and no more clumps, but why is this yarn so difficult?
