These guys are great.
Mayhem at one point.
Owen liked it VERY much.
Then off to Mom & Dad's for bouillabaisse. Out. Of. This. World.
Christmas Morning, there were plenty of presents.
There was knitting (I was still
deluded under the impression I might finish something).
Notice the very comfortable dog.
We had twenty-three people at dinner. Just before they arrived, I finally admitted the knitting had beat me. So I set it aside and enjoyed the crowd.
Three of my favorite women
The whole Famdamily
As if that wasn't enough, we headed down to Fresno on Monday.
This made it worth it
And this also
Owen had to work Tuesday, so instead of driving down, he paid us a visit via ISight
What a fabulous invention.
There has been no knitting since Tuesday night, when Eva and I (finally) saw the Goblet of Fire. Then Work. Sleep. Work. Sleep. Stretching. Eating. And there have been some very nice moments of just hanging around. Then last night we went out to dinner and A Little Cole in Your Stocking. Just me & my guy. And now the long holiday weekend.
Tomorrow night? Chronicles of Narnia. Champagne. Noise.
Sunday? Pajamas, all day. Happy New Year, Unraveling style.
P.S. Don't forget International Pajama Day, Sunday, January 8.
Wear Pajamas All Day. Rest. Put your feet up. Stay at home. Knit. Or don't.
C'mon. You know you need it.
