Seriously. You're going to want to sleep in, right? Have a nice breakfast? Lounge in bed with chocolates to eat and movies to watch?
Blog in advance, baby. Put on your pajamas on Saturday after the errands, take a few photos, post, and you're done. Then you can browse to your heart's content on Super International Pajama Day. Or not. And while you're at it, send me a pajama photo.
You've planned your menu and chosen your pajamas. Make your list and get out there before the Saturday crowds. If you go out early, you can come home and get a head start on Super International Pajama Day.
With the week I've been having, I know I deserve it. And you do, too. C'mon, you know you do.
Almost all of the U.S. is focused on one thing on Super International Pajama Day. We here at International Pajama Day understand the lure, but it doesn't start until later in the afternoon, if you're on the West Coast, and not until early evening on the East Coast. There is so-o-o-o-o-o-o-o much lounge time before then. Pick out a few movies here or here. If you do it today, they'll arrive well before Sunday. Or go to your local video rental store. Or the library.
Speaking of libraries, you could *gasp* read. Rachael brought over a stack of books on Monday, so we could read up on our vacation destination.
Super International Pajama Day celebrations deserve an easygoing, day-long menu plan. Remember, the whole point is to stay in, relax and enjoy yourself. If you're cooking for yourself, like I'll be, plan your menu in advance. You'll have all week to make your shopping list before you run errands next Saturday and you won't be scrounging through week-old leftovers trying to cobble together a decent meal (can you tell I have experience with this?)
If you're gonna have a Pajama Party, now is the time to invite people. After all, there is that other historicevent to consider I may even have to break down and include watching it in my Super rigorous schedule of lounging and relaxing. Come to think of it, last year was historic, too. Didn't the Stones play at halftime?
Who will you spend Super International Pajama Day with?
